Pricing
Topographic & Infrastructure Models require plan review before quoting a price.
Subdivision Models are priced based on our Building Model pricing structure.
- 1:100 | Multi-Color - $0.65/sqft (ex. $1,950)
- 1:100 | Single-Color - $0.325/sqft (ex. $975)
- 1:200 | Multi-Color - $0.325/sqft (ex. $975)
- 1:200 | Single-Color - $0.1625/sqft (ex. $487)
- Site Base - 25% Building Cost
Example pricing is based on a 3,000 square foot building. Square footage over 10,000 square feet is half rate.
Production
Our production process is straightforward, and guaranteed for your satisfaction.
- Upload architectural plans & site plans (if applicable)
- Provide renderings or materials & color choices for exterior finishes
- Review our 3D digital proof once the model is complete
- After digital proof is approved, we will send your model to be 3D printed and shipped to you
- All projects can be managed on your customer dashboard, including plan uploads, proof review & production status
